VARENTO Design & Build is a design and construction company serving Orange County and Los Angeles.
I started VARENTO after 10 years in construction and design, with a clear approach: understand how you want to live, develop the design around those priorities, and work through what it takes to build it.
As a licensed general contractor with a background in design, I stay involved early: how the space should look and live, what the budget will allow, and what it will take to build well.
We plan the work before we open the walls, so the drawings, the permits, and the work on site follow the same set of decisions.

A cabinet layout affects appliance clearances. A larger opening affects structure. We work through those connections as the design develops, so you can understand what each choice involves.
A scope you can understand
Your proposal sets out the work, selections or allowances, and responsibilities. We walk through it with you so you can see what is included and make informed decisions.
Changes reviewed together
When a change is proposed, we explain the work and its price and schedule implications. The agreed change is documented before that work proceeds.

As the project develops, we guide the selections, coordinate the next steps, and keep you informed about the work. When licensed architectural or engineering services are required, we coordinate the appropriate professionals as part of the project.
When the work uncovers something the plan did not anticipate, we bring you the findings and the options, with what each one involves, before the work goes ahead.
